- Sign up (email + password + name + company, ~15s)
- On the Welcome page, click "Load Demo Data" (warm orange button)
- 30 seconds later, you land on Mission Board with a fully running AI company

Q: Does loading demo data use my LLM quota?
A: No — demo seed inserts pure template data, no LLM calls. Quota is only consumed when you @-mention employees afterwards.
Q: Can I reset the workspace?
A: During Beta you need to contact the founder. GA will ship a self-serve "Reset Workspace" button.
Q: Mobile app?
A: app.salesea.com is a PWA — iOS Safari "Add to Home Screen" installs it. Native app stores post-GA.
